11 L Sous Vide Container & Lid
This container is specifically designed for use with the SousChef sous vide circulator, and a lid with insert to fit the stick is included to minimise evaporation.
The 11lt container is suited for large single cuts, or multiple smaller cuts (a rack can be used to separate the cuts). A larger (22L) container is available for restaurant use, and those wanting to sous vide larger quantities or cuts (e.g. brisket, leg of lamb).
A neoprene sleeve is available separately for insulation of the container, to heat faster, retain heat, and protect table tops.
