This container is specifically designed for use with the SousChef sous vide circulator, and a lid with insert to fit the stick is included to minimise evaporation.
The 22lt container is suited for multiple single cuts (a rack can be used to separate the cuts), or larger cuts like leg of lamb, and ribs. A smaller (11lt) container is available for cooking smaller quantities.
A neoprene sleeve is available separately for insulation of the container, to heat faster, retain heat, and protect table tops.
